Carillow is built to work for buyers and dealers of all abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely adopted standard for web accessibility published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix, and we haven't yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit — we'd rather tell you that plainly than overstate where we are.
Some parts of the Service — particularly newer or more complex features — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you hit a barrier, we want to know about it so we can prioritize a fix; see below.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on Carillow, email admin@carillow.com with the page and a description of the issue (and the assistive technology you were using, if relevant). We'll acknowledge your report and work to address it.
Some content on Carillow — such as a dealer's own linked website, or embedded Google Business reviews — is hosted or controlled by third parties. We can't guarantee the accessibility of content we don't control, but we welcome reports about it too.
For background on the standard we're targeting, see the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative.
