Carillow is a car-buying marketplace where you add vehicles you're interested in to a "Showroom," and dealers compete to give you their best offer — instead of you negotiating in person at a dealership. Carillow itself is not a dealer and never buys, sells, or takes title to any vehicle; it connects you with independent dealerships who do.
Browse listings and add any vehicles you like to your Showroom — from any dealer, any brand, no account required. When you're ready, create a free account and activate your Showroom. Every dealer with a matching vehicle gets notified and has exactly 48 hours to submit their best offer. You review every offer side-by-side and pick the one that works for you. Once you accept an offer, that price is recorded in writing on Carillow. Final purchase terms are completed with the dealer.
Yes. Browsing, building a Showroom, and receiving dealer offers are completely free for buyers, with no credit card required at any point.
It's a flat monthly subscription: $299/month for your first rooftop and $150/month for each additional rooftop. The first 25 Founding Dealers pay $100/month per rooftop, including additional rooftops, locked while their subscription stays active (subject to Terms §4). Billing starts no later than 120 days after your first live listing, with at least 30 days' notice. Founding Dealers get at least 90 days at $0, and standard dealers at least 30. We email you at least 30 days before billing starts, and you can cancel at no charge before then. We never charge per listing, per lead, or per sale, and your price doesn't change based on what you sell. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We also offer an optional annual prepay: 12 months for the price of 10: $2,990 standard or $1,000 Founding for your first rooftop, and $1,500 standard or $1,000 Founding for each additional rooftop. Renews yearly unless canceled before the renewal date. Prepaid plans aren't refunded if canceled mid-year and stay active through the prepaid year. "Daily visitors" means unique daily visitors site-wide, not counting dealer or admin accounts, our own traffic, or bots. See Terms §4.3 for the full definition.
Every dealer registers with real business details — dealership name and physical address — and Carillow's team reviews new dealer applications before they're able to list inventory or submit offers.
No, not unless you accept one of their offers. A dealer only learns your name and email once you choose to accept their offer — up until that point, they only see the details of your Showroom request.
No. You can review every offer you receive and decide not to accept any of them, with no obligation to purchase.
